Rhonda serves as a Reasonable Accommodation Specialist with over twenty-five years of dedicated experience and passion for supporting people with disabilities in various professional and community roles. She possesses extensive knowledge, skills, and education in vocational counseling and reasonable accommodations. In her role, she acts as a subject matter expert for employees with disabilities and their management, providing guidance on obtaining adaptive technology, training in the use of assistive tech, and navigating agency policies regarding disability services. She holds a Master’s of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling along with a Certification in Professional Counseling. Outside of her ministry and work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking on home improvement projects. Her favorite passage of scripture is 1st Chronicles 4:10: "Oh Lord, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let Your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain."
